Form submissions are stored in our website database so we can respond. We do not store your IP address with form entries. Please do not send passwords, Google account details, government ID or passport numbers, identity documents or payment details: we never ask for them through the website.

Technical information. Like most websites, our hosting provider may automatically record technical information such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested in server logs, for security and to keep the website working.
How we use your information
- to reply to your enquiry and provide the support you request;
- to send you an automatic confirmation that we received your request;
- to keep a record of our communication with you;
- to protect the website against spam and misuse.
We do not sell your personal data and we do not use it for advertising.
Email communications
We communicate with you by email about your enquiry. We do not add you to a newsletter or marketing list.
Cookies and similar technologies
At present, this website does not set cookies for visitors who are not logged in, and it does not use analytics or advertising cookies. Browser local storage is used only for the checklist feature described above. Website administrators who log in receive the standard WordPress login cookies.
Cookies and similar technologies may be used to operate this website and, where enabled, to understand website usage. If we introduce non-essential cookies, you will be able to manage them through your preferences on the website.
Analytics
We do not currently use Google Analytics or any other analytics service. Analytics services, such as Google Analytics 4, may be introduced in the future to understand how the website is used. Before that happens we will update this policy and, where required, ask for your consent before any analytics cookies are set.
Third-party services
We use a web hosting provider to run the website and an email service to send and receive email. These providers process data on our behalf to deliver those services. The website does not load fonts, scripts or trackers from third-party servers. Links to external websites, including Google’s official documentation, are governed by those websites’ own privacy policies.
How long we keep your data
We keep enquiry information only for as long as we need it to respond to you and to keep reasonable business records, and we delete it when it is no longer needed. You can ask us to delete your enquiry at any time.
How we protect your data
We limit access to stored enquiries, keep the website software up to date, and serve the website over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we also ask you not to send sensitive information through the form.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, data protection laws, such as India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 or the EU/UK General Data Protection Regulation, may give you rights to access, correct or delete your personal data, to withdraw consent, and to complain to a data protection authority. To exercise your rights, email [email protected].
International visitors
We are based in India and serve visitors from many countries. Your information may be processed in India and in the countries where our hosting and email providers operate.
Children’s privacy
This website is intended for businesses and professionals. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy, for example when we add new features or services. The “Last updated” date at the top shows the latest version.
